Very happy with our stay here. We were greater upon entering & the gentleman who checked us in was really friendly and helpful! Rooms were nice & clean, & they didn't have that funky hotel smell, which was a plus! Breakfast was nice & the shuttle to the airport was appreciated also. We had no noise from the airport which was nice. Beds were comfortable & room was spacious. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Property is okay and secure. I’m offering this negative review based on one experience. When i realized i left medication in my room and called at 3am to check if they may have found it, my call (i selected the front desk option) was routed to the night auditor who had the audacity to condescendingly inform me that the proper time for me to check on whether my item may have been located would be during “normal working hours, when management and housekeeping was in the building rather than at 3am, in case i wasn’t aware of the time!” As if 1) I should’ve been aware of how and when this hotel is staffed by people with people skills versus those without, like night auditors, and 2) who the hotel’s phone system is unfortunately programmed to route front desk calls to in the middle of the night! This establishment might reconsider routing calls to employees without any capacity for being helpful or friendly, regardless of the hour.

Conveniently located close to the airport and have inexpensive shuttle services available. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Our shuttle driver Darius, was great! He was patient in picking us up, very communicative and got us safety to the airport.

We stayed here for 3 nights, It was not our first choice of stay but due to some conference in SFO, we could get this option only which turned out to be good though not great. Best things were clean room with all the basic requirements. Complimentary breakfast was good and that actually grabed our attention at the time of booking. Hotel gym, 24 hours coffee bar and mini shop facilities were great. What we didn't like was the deduction of $150 against incidental amount at the time of check in, we were not aware of this at the time of booking and they did not only keep this amount from our card while check in but also didn't release while check out, It was strange for us because they could easily keep that amount or portion of it in the name of any damage in their room or anything which they actually claimed the reason for, also it causes extra taxes charges to the customers from their respective banks...it must be removed from their policy, even the 4 or 5 stars hotels are not doing this. Also there is no good eatry nearby at walking distance so every time we needed to take the ride or use uber eats.....we may keep it as second choice going forward.

Had an amazing experience tonight at IHG! Nelly, customer service at front desk, was awesome at helping me navigate the app and ensure my got correct points for my stay. So thankful for her help this evening.

Bad experience , unlike other Holiday Inn hotels this hotel doesn`t show parking price at front of their website until you book a room, we called lots of times to ask for supervisor and they always said they'll return a phone call and they never return, I requested a dispute with my credit card and they couldn`t get a hold of a supervisor neither. Not recommended.

From the moment I booked my room to the moment I arrived, I felt so welcome by: ??Ronie who drove the airport shuttle, ??Nelly who checked me in and offered superior insight about the public transit system in her cheery holiday attire ??Maria's beatiful family in the dining room who brought her breakfast & made me feel like I was watching A Wonderful Life ??Safwat whose Egypt homeland presence felt like home & ?? Literally ALL the staff decorating with excitement & good cheer with excitement for the holiday party! Please accept my ??? for feeling like I lived in an enchanting story book with this stay!

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good. The room was fine, but the shower used one of those hand held types and way too short. Do not recommend walking outside hotel grounds and plenty of warnings to lock car and take possessions out.

Great Hotel! Always clean and breakfast is good. Special Thank You to Tyrone who graciously helped me with my reservation over the phone. When When I walked in I also received a big smile and a great Welcome from Tyrone. He’s Great ?????

Clean room And convenient location. Customer service is lacking though. Checkin they told me housekeeping is by request only. They told me I could turn in a slip with which days I want. I said every day happy to fill out the slip. Gentlemen says “oh everyday that’s easy enough I’ll just put it in” First morning. No housekeeping. I have to go down to the desk to get fresh towels. They apologize. Won’t happen again Second morning. No housekeeping. I go down get towels ask how I can make sure I get housekeeping gentlemen tells me “oh that’s housekeepings problem I can’t do anything about that” Cool…
