A humble space to get a couple of hours sleep before my flight. Parking space in parking lot is very tight! The elevator/building smells like FABULOSO. I took the stairs, good workout! I stayed in the 6th floor. This location is in the middle of downtown. Staff is very nice.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel, mainly due to serious safety concerns. The property is located in a very questionable neighborhood, where there are often homeless people. Unfortunately, some of them even enter the hotel lobby, which makes the environment feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The hotel parking area does not seem to be secure at all — our car was broken into during our stay. This was a very stressful experience and clearly shows a lack of proper security measures.

There were bugs on the walls, dead ones but they were killed and then not wiped down which made me question the cleanliness of the room. Unknown brown fluid (looked like blood) on bathroom door along with more bugs that indicates door was not wiped down. The chair in my room was heavily stained and the seat is mesh so how that is possible is beyond me. Before I was aware of the bugs, on my way to my room at check in approx 5pm there was trash in the hallway, when I left the following morning the same trash overflowing onto the floor was still there. I have pictures of all that I mentioned and let the concierge know before I checked out that I would be calling to speak to a manager. I would not recommend anyone to stay here and I will not be back.

We were in San Francisco to visit family. We chose Ramada because - though expensive - it was a better bargain than other nearby hotels. The room was disappointing. It was very small and had no USB outlets. The TV could have used some basic instructions. More wash cloths should have been provided without having to request them. After three days we had to ask that our room be cleaned, as the trash cans were full and we needed fresh towels. Breakfast was just average. We will not be returning.

Old building. Not the prettiest room, a bit small, but it was clean with a nice bed. Room wasn't ready when we checked in. They comped us parking because of the delay. Nice breakfast. Was near where we wanted to be

Pictures do not match the reality. Upon entering my room, everything smelt like cigarettes which ultimately gave me a headache. The bathroom area wasn't clean at all and has an interesting set up where the sink is not in the same room as the shower. It's cheap and that definitely shows in the upkeep. Also, there wasn't really any checking of guests entering the premises even though it after 9 pm when I got there. I was there with a group and someone else checked me in, so I walked in the front door without using a key and I walked right up to my room via the stairs. I spent one night there, but ended up leaving and going to the Marriott City Center, where I had a much more comfortable stay.

Great location (don’t recommend walking alone after 10pm if you’re a woman) and nice service, but cleaning and the rest is very meh. Terrible coffee tho; and the gym is three equipment where two don’t work. No weights or space for exercise. AC doesn’t work there. You can go to and back the airport/ center city sfo with no problem.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Area is a little sketchy but not much you can do about that. I did like that they lock the front doors at 8pm and you can only get in with a room key, definitely made us feel a little safer.

Location was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Parking was $10 for the weekend, nothing fancy, but nothing really to complain about. Except the elevator. Which is not a deal breaker lol, I get it, things are expensive, but it is soo slow. Which wouldn't be a huge deal, except it’s so tiny, and maybe fits 4 people with no luggage, that if people are already loaded in you could be waiting for it to go to 7 floors lol. So just a heads up to future guests.

The night clerk helped us check in after my flight was delayed, which was very helpful. The AC didn't turn on, but the window opened and it was a cool night so it didn't ruin my sleep at all. The room was very clean and had a nice TV on the wall.
